What was found
CRACKS WERE FOUND IN THE AFT BULKHEAD AND ALL FIVE VERTICAL FIN ATTACHMENT BOLTS WERE FOUND LOOSE. THIS WAS CAUSED BY THE AFT BULKHEAD BEING UNDER DESIGNED.
