PILOT REPORT FLAP ASYMMETRY WARNING DURING APPROACH. FOUND FLAP CABLES ON RIGHT WING LOOSE. EXAMINED A RUSTED AREA OF THE CABLE BY PULLING ON IT AND IT PULLED OUT OF ITS SWAGGED FITTING.
