What was found
DURING DAILY PREFLIGHT INSPECTION, NOTICED THAT THE TAIL ROTOR GEARBOX CONTROL LEVER LOWER BUSHING HAD BACKED OUT OF ITS HOLE A FEW THOUSANDTHS OF AN INCH. THIS IS A RECURRING PROBLEM.
