DURING TAKEOFF THE CABIN EXPERIENCED A RUBBER BURNING SMELL, THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO BASE, SHUTDOWN WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. TROUBLE SHOOTING INDICATES THAT THE AIR CONDITIONING DRIVE BELT EXPIRED.
