AIRCRAFT TOOK OFF FROM KSTL WENT TO RAISE GEAR, GEAR STARTED UP BUT LEFT GEAR STARTED UP WOULD NOT GO UP AND LOCK, IT KEPT DROPPING BACK DOWN AND LOCKING. GEAR SELECTED BACK DOWN ALL THREE WENT DOWN AND LOCKED.
