EXHAUST COLLECTOR SLIP JOINTS LEAKING AND CAUSED LOWER RIGHT ENGINE COWLING TO BE BURNED. EXCESSIVE GAPS FOUND BETWEEN #1 AND #3 EXHAUST HEADER TO COLLECTOR JOINTS. DAMAGE WAS CAUGHT BEFORE ANY IN-FLIGHT EMERGENCY.
