THE ELT NEEDED TO BE REPROGRAMMED TO REFLECT "N" NUMBER CHANGE. LOCATION OF ELT WAS NOT PLACARDED AND THERE IS NO ACCESS PANEL FOR THE ELT. I WAS BARELY ABLE TO ACCESS THE ELT FOR REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION FROM AN AFT PANEL.
