What was found
AFTER TAKEOFF WHEN RETRACTING THE LANDING GEAR THE GEAR UNSAFE LIGHT DID NOT EXTINGUISH AND THERE WAS A DISTINCT SOUND OF RUSHING AIR UNDER THE AIRCRAFT. MAIN LANDING GEAR DOORS DID NOT RETRACT.
