DURING VISUAL INSPECTION, SHOP NOTICED TWO CMM UNKNOWN WASHERS PLACED BETWEEN RIVETS AND BUTTERFLY. AS PER CMM 30-21-52, WASHERS DON'T HAVE TO BE MOUNTED ON THE PART.
