WHILE ACCOMPLISHING SL 700-28-02, A RAG WAS FOUND IN THE RIGHT WING FUEL BAY NUMBER 13 FLAPPER. THIS WAS THE FIRST INSPECTION OF THE FUEL STORAGE SYSTEM SINCE PRODUCTION.
