EXTERNAL POWER RECEPTACLE POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE DC BUS BARS FOUND TOUCHING AT BACK OF RECEPTACLE. RECEPTACLE HAD SHORTED WHICH CAUSED GPU FAULT BLOCKING APPLICATION OF EXTERNAL POWER. PHOTOS AVAILABLE ON REQUEST.
