CORRECTIVE ACTION: INSPECTED LAV DOOR LATCH MECHANISM AND FOUND DOOR FRAME BRACKET WHERE LATCH MAKES CONTACT WITH DOOR FRAME BENDED OUT OF SAHPE PREVENTING NORMAL OPERATION OF THE DOOR, STRAIGHTENED OUT DOOR FRAME METAL BRACKET OPERATIONAL CHECK NORMAL.
