FLIGHT: 065 FLL/FLL DURING FLIGHT DU5 TEMP HIGH (SEVERAL DU5 TEMP HIGH) EXHAUST ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED DURING DESCENT TO LAND ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED INTERMITTENTLY SHUTDOWN DISAPPEARED. REMOVED AND REPLACED AIR EXTRACTION FAN OPERATIONAL TEST GOOD.
