AFTER GEAR RETRACTION THE RED UNSAFE LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED AND VISUAL INSPECTION INDICATED GEAR WAS NOT FULLY RETRACTED. REPLACED RT MLG UPLOCK SWITCH. OPS CHECKS GOOD.
