AFTER LANDING, CREW FOUND RT SIDE FUEL SUMP SERVICE DOOR OPEN. MAINTENANCE FOUND LATCH HAD FATIGUED THE DOOR SKIN WHICH ALLOWED THE DOOR TO COME OPEN. DOOR ASSEMBLY WAS REPLACED.
