What was found
UPON TAKEOFF ON FLIGHT 5576 THE WEATHER RADAR FAILED. THE CREW RETURNED TO THE FIELD WITH NO FURTHER INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE CLEANED AND RESEATED THE ANTENNA CONNECTOR. NO PARTS WERE USED THEREFORE NO TEARDOWN REPORT WILL BE REQUIRED.
