THE LT ENGINE-DRIVEN HYDRAULIC PUMP FAILED AND BEGAN DUMPING HYDRAULIC FLUID OVERBOARD. THIS RESULTED IN THE CAVITATION OF BOTH ENGINE-DRIVEN HYD PUMPS AND THE FAILURE OF THE MAIN HYD SYSTEM.
