What was found
DURING PERIODIC CHECK, FOUND THAT EXCESSIVE FORCE WAS REQUIRED TO PULL THE INTERIOR HANDLE FROM THE CLIPS AND RELEASE THE TAILCONE. RE-RIGGED THE TAILCONE, CHECKED OK.
