UPON ARRIVAL INTO NRT, THE NR 3 AIR CONDITIONING PACK INLET DOOR WAS DISCOVERED MISSING, ACCOMPANIED WITH ADJACENT PANEL DAMAGE. REPLACED DOOR ASSSEMBLY, AIRCRAFT APPROVED FOR SERVICE.
