DURING H-CHECK, FOUND THAT EXCESSIVE FORCE WAS REQUIRED TO REMOVED THE EXTERIOR TAILCONE HANDLE FROM THE CLIPS. ADJUSTED THE CLIPS, CHECKED OK.
