LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT FULLY RETRACT AFTER TAKEOFF. AIRCRAFT LOST NR 4 HYDRAULIC SYSTEM AND RETURNED TO FIELD. LANDING GEAR LOWERED MANUALLY. REPLACED LEFT WING GEAR INBOARD DOOR ACTUATOR.
