DURING DESCENT INTO RMS ON FLT ADT3, NR 1 ENGINE WOULD NOT COME UP ABOVE 97 PERCENT. FOUND HOUSING GOVERNOR ASSEMBLY LOOSE. REPLACED VALVE HOUSING, PERFORMED ENGINE RUN, OPS CHECKED GOOD.
