AIRCRAFT WAS PARKED. FIRE EXTINGUISHER DISCHARGED. UPON REMOVAL, FOUND FRANGIBLE DISC RUPTURED. THE SQUIB WAS NOT DISCHARGED. THE FRANGIBLE DISC FAILED. THE FIRE EXTINGUISHER WAS HYDROSTATICALLY TESTED AND SERVICED JANUARY, 1990.
