What was found
SWAGED SLEEVE AT ENGINE END OF THROTTLE CABLE WAS FOUND LOOSE AND SLIDING ON CABLE FREELY. FOUND DURING ANNUAL INSPECTION. THIS PROBLEM CONTINUES TO EXIST ON MANY AIRCRAFT ON ALL ENGINE CONTROL CABLES.
