What was found
DURING CYLINDER OVERHAUL, EXHAUST VALVE GUIDE FOUND MISSING APPROXIMATELY ONE-HALF OF THE LOWER PORTION OF THE GUIDE. THE WHOLE UPPER PORTION OF THE GUIDE THAT NORMALLY PROTRUDES INTO THE ROCKER BOX AREA WAS ALSO MISSING.
