What was found
DURING PROPELLER REMOVAL, FOUND CRACKS AT EACH BOLT HOLE. SUBMITTER SUGGESTS CRACKS DUE TO POOR DESIGN AND POOR MANUFACTURING. THIS REPAIR STATION HAS REPLACED NUMEROUS D4247 BULKHEADS AT LOW INSTALL TIMES.
