ISN - AFTER TAKEOFF, CREW ELECTED AN AIR TURN BACK WHEN THE DOWNLOCK SWITCH WOULD NOT ACTIVATE. AFTER AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING, MAINTENANCE THAWED OUT THE DOWNLOCK SWITCH AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY GEAR SWING.
