FOUND RIB AND BRACKET CRACKED ON LEFT ELEVATOR INBOARD WHERE TORQUE TUBE ATTACHED TO END RIB. CAUSE UNKNOWN. REPLACED PARTS WITH NEW. SPAR END ALSO CRACKED FROM WORKING OF TORQUE TUBE. REPAIRED BY DOUBLER IAW AC 43.13.
