DURING ANNUAL INSPECTION ON CUSTOMER ACFT, THE EMERGENCY FUEL VENT 'TROMBONE' VALVE WAS REMOVED FOR INSPECTION AND WAS FOUND NOT TO FUNCTION PROPERLY. PART WAS SENT IN FOR REPAIR.
