What was found
DURING ANNUAL ON CUSTOMER AIRCRAFT, THE TOT HARNESS LEAD WAS FOUND WITH THE OUTER INSULATION SLEEVE DETERIORATED TO A POINT WHERE A LIGHT RUB WOULD REMOVE IT FROM THE WIRES. PART WAS REPLACED.
