RIGHT FOWARD WING DE-ICE BOOT BALLOONING IN-FLIGHT. THIS UNIT WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH A NEW UNIT. THIS UNIT WAS PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED ONE YEAR PRIOR. THIS IS A CONTINUING PROBLEM WITH THE MODEL 2000 AIRCRAFT.
