DURING ANNUAL INSPECTION, FOUND ELEVATOR TRIM CABLE FRAYED AT PITCH SERVO CAPSTAN. THIS IS SECOND AIRCRAFT THAT WE KNOW OF WITH THIS CONDITION. RECOMMEND A MANDATORY INSPECTION FOR THIS COMPONENT. (FOR AIRCRAFT WITH HIGH TIME).
