What was found
FOUND GEAR ACTUATOR CYLINDER CHROME HAD FLAKED OFF OF THE PISTON AND GOUGED UP A RIDGE OF METAL IN THE CYLINDER BARREL THAT WOULD NOT ALLOW THE GEAR TO EXTEND.
