END OF STRUT NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY. CAUSES STRUT TO BIND IN COWLING. END NEEDS TO BE ROTATED IN THE DIRECTION OF THE ARROW PRINTED ON THE TAPES. REMOVED AND REPLACED.
