INSTALLED NEW MIXTURE CONTROL CABLE PURCHASED FROM BEECHCRAFT ON 7-14-95. PART FAILED INTERNALLY NEAR ROD END. AFTER 39.8 HOURS OF SERVICE, NO OBVIOUS DEFECTS WERE NOTED THAT COULD LEAD TO THE PREMATURE FAILURE.
