LANDING GEAR FAILED TO EXTEND THE FIRST TRY. RECYCLED LANDING GEAR AND IT EXTENDED OK. PUT AIRCRAFT IN SHOP, JACKED AIRCRAFT, AND DETERMINED PROBLEM TO BE POWER PACK. INSTALLED ON OVERHAULED POWER PACK AND HAD NORMAL OPERATION.
