DURING AN ANNUAL INSPECTION, THE RT RUDDER CABLE WAS FOUND FRAYED BY AFT PULLEY. FRAYED AREA RUNS BACK AND FORTH ON PULLEY. NO RECOMMENDATION AT THIS TIME. SLINGSBY IPC, CHAPTER 19, FIGURE 9, ITEM NR 24.
