What was found
PILOT REPORTED THE ENGINE RUNS ROUGH AT LOW POWER SETTING ONLY. TROUBLESHOT AND FOUND ONE OF THE NR 3 CYLINDER EXHAUST VALVE KEYS BROKEN IN TWO AND THE VALVE STEM WAS DESTROYED IN THE KEY AREA.
