What was found
DURING ANNUAL INSPECTION, BOTH OUTBOARD AILERON HINGE DOUBLERS WERE FOUND CRACKED ABOUT ONE-HALF THE LENGTH OF AILERON HINGE. AILERON HAS EXCESSIVE LOAD FROM BALANCE WEIGHT ON OUTER HINGE.
