What was found
DURING THE PERFORMANCE OF A REGULAR INSPECTION, THE PISTON FOR THE LT OUTBOARD FLAP ACTUATOR WAS FOUND CRACKED ALONG THE LENGTH OF THE PISTON. CAUSE OF CRACK IS UNKNOWN. THE FLAP WAS OPERATING NORMALLY.
