NEW MIXTURE CONTROL WAS RECEIVED FROM CESSNA WITH AN FAA FORM 8130-3, WITH A DEFECT. THE INTERNAL WIRE WOULD PULL OUT WITH NO STOP, AND THE RELEASE BUTTON LOCK WAS INOPERABLE.
