NR 1 N2 NEEDLE FLUCTUATES WHILE ENGINE IS AT 100 PERCENT. NEEDLE FLUCTUATES FROM 70 PERCENT - 25 PERCENT INTERMITTENTLY. LAST REPAIR WAS ALSO FLUCTUATES, STILL DOING THE SAME THING.
