DURING RIGGING CHECK OF FLAP SYSTEM, MECHANIC FOUND RIGHT FLAP CABLE FRAYED. UPON FURTHER INSPECTION, LEFT CABLE FOUND FRAYED ALSO, BUT COULD NOT BE FOUND FRAYED WHILE CABLE WAS INSTALLED.
