NR 2 ENGINE COMPRESSOR STALLED ON TAKEOFF ROLL. THE TAKEOFF WAS ABORTED AND THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO THE GATE. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE ENGINE AND NO DISCREPANCIES WERE NOTED. AIRCRAFT CONTINUED IN SERVICE.
