AS TAKEOFF POWER WAS APPLIED, THE NR 1 ENGINE EPR INDICATION DID NOT RESPOND. CREW ABORTED TAKEOFF AND EPR SYSTEM WAS PLACED ON MEL. MAINTENANCE LATER REPLACED THE LEFT ENGINE EPR INDICATOR, OPERATIONAL CHECK OK.
