CABIN WOULD NOT PRESSURIZE. THE EQUIPMENT COOLING CONTROLLER FAILED AND THE COOLING EXHAUST DOOR WAS OPEN. REPLACED EQUIPMENT COOLING CONTROLLER PER 767 MM 21-58-23. BITE CHECKS NORMAL.
