PER CREW, UNABLE TO RAISE FLAPS WITH THE AIR DRIVEN PUMP. *S/D* THE PRESSURE REGULATOR SHUT OFF VALVE FILTER CLOGGED. REPLACED PRESSURE REGULATOR SHUT OFF VALVE AND INSTALLED A NEW NON-CLOGGING FILTER.
