JUST AFTER TAKEOFF FROM GALLUP, LEFT ENGINE LOST POWER. RETURNED TO GATE. MAINTENANCE FOUND LEFT BETA CABLE BOUND UP AND CAUSED BETA VALVE TO COME OUT OF RIG. REPLACED BETA CABLE AND RIGGED. (M)
