FLT 4915 - MIA-PID - PILOT REPORTED THAT DURING TAXI, SMOKE CAME OUT OF THE CAPTAINS INSTRUMENT PANEL. AIRCRAFT WAS FERRIED TO FLL MAINTENANCE BASE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED TCAS/VSI. LEAK AND OPS CHECK GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)
