What was found
DURING ACCEPTANCE INSPECTION, AIRCRAFT FUEL FILTER REMOVED FOR INSPECTION AND FOUND CRUSHED. THE FILTER HAD BEEN INSTALLED IN THE STRAINER IMPROPERLY. REPLACED FILTER AND REINSTALLED CORRECTLY.
